The front door opens into a large area which we use as a gear and boots room but which also has a dining table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a dart board as an alternative sporting attraction! There is also a cellar area for wine and food storage and where the washing machine will be found. There is a separate external door to the bike storage/maintenance area. Stairs to:
First Floor
Large Double Bedroom 1 with modern desk and office chair and ample clothes storage. Pine 140cm bed.
Large Double Bedroom 2 with 5 foot solid pine bed and attractive pine furniture.
Both large first floor bedrooms have French windows opening onto the first floor balcony from where there are steps down to a decked barbecue area beside the chalet.
Attractively tiled modern shower room with Grohe Raindance shower, washbasin and WC
Single bedroom with single bed and vintage pine cot together with ample clothes storage.
Landing area with further wardrobe and drawer space with wooden staircase leading to the second floor.

Large feature open plan living/dining area and kitchen.
Contemporary and comfortable furniture to relax into at the end of the day.
The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs and includes oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The balconies are equipped with outdoor dining furniture, 2 reclining chairs and a seated hammock
Smart TV for you to log into your own streaming accounts and with French TV and fibre Wi Fi.

Small Double Bedroom 3 (restricted height) with 140cms pine bed.
